Responsibilities:
- Assisting immigration consultant in preparing client cases for submission to the relevant authorities
- Conducting research on immigration law, policies, and procedures to stay up to date with changes in the industry
- Communicating with clients to provide updates on their case status and answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and case progress
- Assisting with the preparation and review of various immigration-related documents, such as visa applications, work permits, study permits, and permanent residency applications
- Conducting initial assessments of clients to determine their eligibility for immigration programs
- Liaising with government agencies and other organizations to facilitate the immigration process for our clients
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and proposals to attract new clients
Requirements:
- Some experience in Canadian immigration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures is an asset
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other languages is an asset
