CANADIAN IMMIGRATION CASEWORKER

We are currently seeking an Immigration Caseworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in Canadian immigration and will be able to assist our immigration consultant in managing client cases, preparing documentation, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assisting immigration consultant in preparing client cases for submission to the relevant authorities
Conducting research on immigration law, policies, and procedures to stay up to date with changes in the industry
Communicating with clients to provide updates on their case status and answering any questions they may have
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and case progress
Assisting with the preparation and review of various immigration-related documents, such as visa applications, work permits, study permits, and permanent residency applications
Conducting initial assessments of clients to determine their eligibility for immigration programs
Liaising with government agencies and other organizations to facilitate the immigration process for our clients
Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and proposals to attract new clients

Requirements:

Some experience in Canadian immigration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures is an asset
Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other languages is an asset
